Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods to withdraw from your purchase.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. A return policy applies.

3. Returning the Goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to order, or goods that have been worn or washed.
