At Frontman Clothes, every piece is selected with care, intention, and an eye for lasting character. We want your experience with us to feel considered from the moment you discover an item to the moment it arrives at your door.
If your purchase is not quite as expected, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your return request, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To preserve the quality and integrity of every piece, returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Returned items must be:

unworn, unused, and unwashed

free from perfume, stains, marks, or signs of wear

returned with all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable

packed with appropriate care to prevent damage during transit
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in refund value if an item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or in a condition that indicates handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect, faulty, or materially different from the description.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Frontman Clothes cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Please send returns only after your return request has been approved by our team.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. However, we may wait until we have received the returned item, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
If the full order is returned, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Any premium, express, or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.
If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges, as many of our pieces are unique, limited, or available in very small quantities.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with this policy.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Every order is checked with care before dispatch. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund, replacement where available, or another suitable resolution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including:

hygiene-sensitive items where the seal or packaging has been opened

items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used

gift cards

any item expressly marked as non-returnable, where legally permitted
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” may not be eligible for return, unless required by applicable consumer protection law or unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Refused Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping, handling, customs, or return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not collected by Frontman Clothes and cannot be refunded by us if an item is returned.
